The conference will focus on leadership that makes a difference through building structures, delegating, planning and solving challenges, but also how this can facilitate and interact with innovation and entrepreneurship, inspired by the legacy of Hans Nielsen Hauge. In this way, the conference provides biblical and theological perspectives on topics that are often neglected among church leaders. To help us with this, we have many skilled lecturers from both Hauge School of Management and HLT’s own staff.
